Stop-Vieillissement & Aging-Halt subcontracts the processing of packages and shipments to the Company "Croq-Nature" which stores BIONEO™®© food supplements in its "Parcel Distribution Center" in Romorentin in Loir-et-Cher, France.
The distribution center prepares the packages and deposits them at the carrier's sorting center.
- The parcel distribution center is responsible for providing you with a Parcel tracking number, obtained when you drop off your parcel at the La Poste sorting center (for France), around 16 p.m. or from other transport providers for France. 'international.
- This tracking number is then entered for your order by Stop-Vieillissement & Aging-halt Customer Service (for English speakers)
- Your order is then considered by Customer Service as "Processed".
- An automated e-mail will confirm that your Parcel is in Transit. You can then track its delivery to your place of receipt by clicking on the parcel number link.
- This E-Mail contains a link that allows you to "Download" your invoice.
- The carrier takes over and informs you of the tracking of your package by SMS, if you have accepted SMS messages. Option visible at the end of your order.
Choice of Parcel delivery method
The default delivery (Prices according to the weight of the package, and the packaging material) is home delivery to your mailbox.
This mode is not guaranteed when the carrier (Colissimo) declares to have delivered the product (visible thanks to the parcel tracking number in your order) We will not compensate for lost parcels if the declaration of the carrier is "Parcel Delivered to the address indicated" and consider that the Parcel has been delivered to the address indicated.
Delivery against signature
This Delivery Method is in fact a "Delivery" by registered mail. A signature from you is required. If you are not present at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave you an "Avis e Passage" in your mailbox. You can then go to the post office indicated with the delivery notice and an identity document in your name to collect your package.
The rates for this mode are increased by 1 euro compared to the average amounts indicated below. However delivery is free from an order amount of at least €120 for all destinations.
For France only, You can choose delivery in EXPRESS, 24h by Chronopost the price is increased by €2 automatically. On demand

This delivery method allows you to receive your package close to your place of work or on your way. the price is lowered by €1 compared to the basic price below.

We use the services of Colissimo, home delivery to your mailbox.
From 250€ of order, we ship by registered mail and your signature will be required, free for you. If you are not present, a delivery notice will be left for you indicating the nearest post office to collect your package.

Each package is identified with a tracking number, sent by email as soon as the shipment is validated and for follow-up.

Your Item does not suit you?
To fully satisfy you, we have implemented a simple and effective return policy:
You wish to modify or cancel your order.
We manage your order as soon as it is confirmed (paid by Card or Paypal) and prepare your package quickly, usually in less than 4 hours and drop it off at the sorting center around 16 p.m., your package is registered and "Scanned". This is how we get the "Tracking Number".
Your order is then processed immediately, generally in less than 5 hours. For this reason, you have 4 hours after the order confirmation to modify your order. Utilize our page Contact us (Note: orders paid by bank transfer or check are not "processed" but only recorded pending bank transfer or pending check collection, and can therefore be canceled)
You have not received your package.
Our average delivery times are 2 5 days in (up to 28 days for deliveries outside Europe, such as "New Caledonia or exceptional situation beyond our control). If you do not receive your item within 30 days while the Parcel Tracking Number provided indicates "DELIVERY MADE" nous recommend that you open a claim with your local post office. You have received your item but you are not satisfied (Retraction)
You can return your item to us until 14 days after the date of receipt of your package. The Parcel Tracking number indicates the delivery date.

You received your damaged product
In this case of a product damaged during delivery or in the case of a product defect, contact us by email: email@example.com, with the following details:

- A photo or video
